RETURN POLICY

Only new or "like new" products can be returned. Used materials are exempt from returns.

Our policy lasts 30 days. We cannot offer a refund or exchange after 30 days from your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if applicable.

To process your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations (if applicable) where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be considered an item.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Unfortunately, only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at emilie@exaktneutral.com

SHIPPING

To return your product, you must send your product to 146 Avenue Reine Astrid, 5000 Namur, Belgium, after prior contact with us.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The delivery time for the exchanged product may vary depending on the delivery location.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
