Alice sisters is a series of sculptures that forms a link to the rabbit universe developed by Anneke Lauwaert since 2018. Starting from a childhood memory, she explores the Christian symbolism of the Easter bunny, passing through Alice in Wonderland to imagine the molting of the rabbit.
